Visual South is the only Infor certified service provider for VISUAL in the Southeast. We pride ourselves in not only our knowledge of VISUAL, but also our business sense. We understand manufacturing, we understand how information needs to flow through an organization, and we understand our solutions need to be realistic. We will take the time to understand your unique needs, and our experience will guide you to a solution.

All the Visual South Services have one thing in common: They are all designed to help your business run smoother.  We understand business processes; we understand how not having the information you need, when you need it, can cause poor customer service and ultimately, poor bottom line results.  We also understand that even if you have the information you need, the process required to make that happen can be quite cumbersome and wasteful.

Although our services have one common thread, we break down what we do into two groups:

Infor ERP VISUAL (formerly Visual Enterprise) Services – These services revolve around customers who are running Infor ERP VISUAL.  The services include Education, Consulting, Remote Consulting, Upgrades, Database Migration, Remote Database Administration, Custom Programming, Financial Consulting Services, Business Process Review, Macros, and Report Writing.

IT Services – These services are provided to any business, and include Network Design, Install and Support, Remote Administration, Software/Hardware Upgrades, Remote Access, Backups, Custom Programming, and Web Development.
