Each TRAC is available in two options depending on the level of services required of Visual South, and the resources available at your company:

• ClearFocus Classic TRAC
  • Available for companies who have expertise in their business processes, but no in-house expertise in the functional area of interest. Our team works closely with the customer's in-house team over the timeframe of the TRAC. Customers are able to utilize training, consulting, resources, guidance and technical assistance with the Classic plan.
• ClearFocus Advanced TRAC
  • Geared for businesses that need Visual South to play a large role in the functional area of interest. This may be due to staffing issues, complexity, or a compressed time frame. We will provide a highly effective project leader to complete the TRAC successfully and effectively.
